Memberships

Unlike most track clubs, we do not charge a membership fee. We believe that charging a driver for the privilege of purchasing track days from us is not good business. Your benefits for being a member of Track Day Xperience are genuine, and you should not have to pay a fee to access them. Rest assured, your personal information will never be shared with any other entity, as our website is ours, not a third party.

In-Car Coaching

We provide in-car coaching for all novice drivers during your track day. The fee for this one-on-one coaching is $50 per event day. This group sells out quickly, so register early. We are happy to help any solo driver as well with coaching assistance.

Sharing Cars

Sharing cars is allowed under the following conditions:

Both drivers must be solo-approved.
Both drivers must drive in the same run group.
Both drivers must supply a tech form for the car.
Both drivers must have a 2015 or newer helmet.
No sharing cars in the novice with coach group.
Sharing a car in separate groups is not permitted and requires an additional event registration.

Passengers

Solo drivers may take passengers in the car who are 18 years of age or older. The passenger must sign guest waivers and receive a guest wristband. The passenger must have a Snell car 2015 helmet or newer, and the solo driver must drive no more than 7/10 with the passenger in the car. All passengers must keep all body parts inside the car, and all handheld devices are prohibited.

Event Cancellation Insurance (ECI)

Event Cancellation Insurance (ECI) is available for each track day. Two track day events require two separate ECI purchases that will receive a two-day discount. The insurance must be paid at the time of registration. The ECI insurance policy supersedes all other cancellation policies and allows you to cancel an event up to midnight the day before the event for any reason whatsoever. You will receive a 100% event fee credit to be used for one year from the event date. No refunds will be allowed, only event credits. ECI fees are separate from event fees and are non-refundable. No need to watch the weather and risk being shut out. ECI eliminates the fear of losing your fees in case a last-minute issue arises. It works… Take advantage of it.

Run Groups

A Novice with Coach (Green Wristbands): These drivers are new to our hobby or have extremely limited performance driving experience. An in-car coach is provided for a nominal fee. Our coaches will be paired with you according to your car and driving criteria. Coaches will contact you a couple of days before the event to go over goals, track schedules, and event details. Drivers in this group will be required to attend all scheduled classroom sessions. All passing in this group will be done safely with a point-by signal on designated straightaways.
A Novice Solo (Yellow Wristbands): These drivers have recently been promoted to solo. They have passed a check ride, flag test, and corner worker test. They must have basic safety track awareness and a good feel for the driving line. All passing in this group is permitted safely on the straightaways with a proper point-by signal to the direction of the upcoming turn.
B Intermediate Solo (Blue Wristbands): These drivers have driven numerous track days at several tracks as solo drivers. Awareness, car control, diving line, and track protocol should be at an above-average level. The pace in this group should be at 7/10s. Passing is permitted safely on the entire lap with a point-by signal on the proper side of the upcoming turn. Although passing is allowed on the entire lap, it is not required in corners in this run group.
C Advanced Solo (Red Wristbands): These drivers have extensive track day experience at numerous tracks, and their awareness and track protocol are top-notch. They are required to pass safely on the full lap, including the corners, without hesitation. Point-by signals are required in the direction of the upcoming turn. No trains are permitted in the advanced solo group. Flow in this group should never be impeded.
D Unrestricted Test and Tune (White Wristbands): These drivers are seasoned racers and coaches. Their pace must be fast, consistent, and extremely safe. There is no dive bombing, contesting corners, or racing in any form. Passing may be done safely without the use of a point-by signal (although point-byes are recommended). Coaches

Our coaches and event staff are second to none. We would love to have any qualified driver apply to join our proud coaching ranks. All registration fees are waived for approved TDX coaches. Here are the guidelines for candidates: (MSF 2 coaches are approved upon verification)

Must be an advanced driver with over 50 total track days at numerous tracks.
Must have a clean safety record and keen awareness.
Must have completed MSF Level 1 certification to begin our training program.
Must complete the Track Day Xperience coaches training program.
Must have a working communication device.
Must mentor and be mentored in coaching by practicing at our events at a discounted registration cost.
Must have effective communication and customer skills and be customer centric.
