TDX is dedicated to giving our members the very best Track Day Xperience, and we will
continue to provide our members and friends with the newest and most innovative benefit
programs available in performance driving. Below, we have listed a snapshot of our programs.
These programs are in addition to our normal and consistent planned discounts at our preferred
partners.
Loyalty Rewards Program
As a TDX member you will receive a 2% credit on all event, and merchandise purchases. This
2% accumulates and can be used anytime at your discretion for events, helmet rentals, apparel
etc.
Ie: If you spend 400.00 you receive $8.00 in reward credits.
Be alert to receive special double BONUS rewards throughout the year!
There is no expiration date and as a new member you start with 1250 points, which equates to
$25.00
Event Cancellation Insurance (ECI)
All TDX registrants can opt to purchase single day, two day, or annual ECI insurance.
This insurance guarantees you 100% of your event registration fees as an in-house event credit
good for one year from the date of the event. All you have to do is contact
stevef@trackdayxperience.com before midnight the day prior to the event to cancel for any
reason. ECI effectively eliminates the weather watching aspect of our business, allowing you
the opportunity to register early and avoid being shut out due to sold out run groups. The ECI
insurance supersedes our regular cancellation policy, which allows for an event credit only, no
refunds on credit cards, or cancellation fees.
Introductory prices for ECI are:
Annual policy- $99.00
One day-$25.00
Two day-$40.00
Package Purchase Program (PPP)*
Pre purchase event bundles and receive bonus event credits as well as the 2% rewards.
If you package purchase the entire season at one time you’ll receive 3 events FREE!
Package purchase 10 events, get 2 events FREE!
Package purchase 5 events, get 1 event FREE!
Package purchase 3 events, get one at ½ price
*Other plans can be customized at your request, and events must be purchased at the same
time. ECI insurance, if purchased, covers only the events purchased, not the FREE bonus
events unless an annual ECI has been purchased.
